Our PRESIDENT, Brett A. Brosseit, founded the Center for Executive Leadership & Performance as the premier center for the study and application of human performance and potential. Brett’s passion is helping people identify and utilize their inherent strengths to achieve uncommon goals. Brett’s coaching philosophy emphasizes developing insight, clarity, and focus in order to achieve powerful objectives more efficiently with less effort. Brett’s scholarly interests concern the study of the psychological and neurological qualities of gifted performers and evidence-based techniques for overcoming internal and external barriers to success.
